2021 Positive Recognition Campaign

The COVID-19 pandemic caused many events around the world to be cancelled in 2020 and half of 2021. As the world is slowly recovering, our youth leadership comprised of Ceirra Noel, Angel Amankwaah, Trinity Roberts, Salem Atsbha, and Raymond Grimes took the power of youth voices in creating a social distancing event that youth could be youth and honor their peers who are doing amazing work in the community. This year’s event took place at the Harkins Movie Theater in Denver, CO.

Steps to Success recognized 10 young people from our community for volunteer service, personal growth, and personal leadership. We believe that young people are valuable members of our community, they offer unique perspectives, talents and vibrancy which benefit the broader communities in our Colorado.
