Duties and Expectations:
3 Outreach Events
2 Community Board meetings
Participate in at least one school-based club
Able to call, email or text for communication
Training on grant funding
Earn a badge (work with school to allow event recap/highlights be taken)
Meet City Officials and Influencers
Be a voice for students/youth
Act as a peer mentor for middle school
Be a Youth Ambassador Leader
Requirements:
Applicants must be a senior in high school or a college student.
Applicants must live, work, play in either in the Montbello or Parkhill Communities
Applicants should have a strong interest in helping develop a media campaign.
Applicants must abide by the program attendance policy apart from excused absences.
